How to make a booking?
Go to our reservation page, fill the form & submit. We will process your booking and send you a confirmation email with prices within few minutes. Bookings are 100% free of charge.
How far in advance do I have to reserve?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. We do our best to accommodate last minute requests.
What if I need to cancel or change?
You can cancel or change your reservations 24 hours in advance.
Where do I find you at the airport?
After collecting your luggage, take the exit — our driver will be waiting at the arrival hall, holding your name.
What if my flight or train gets delayed?
Don't worry, we always monitor flight/train schedules before arrival and may already be aware of delays.
What are your charges for delayed arrivals?
We offer 1 hour free waiting time. Beyond that, we charge an extra 15% of your booking price.
What if my train or flight changed?
Please inform us immediately with your new flight/train details.
How do I know my return pick up time?
We pick up returning passengers normally 3 hours before their scheduled flight time.
What is your payment method?
Pay cash or credit card directly to the chauffeur. For card payments, an extra €5 may apply.
